SPECIAL GUEST INTERVIEW:
GREGORY DELLICARPINI
Jr. TALKS ABOUT HIS 4th OUTFIT

What items did you use to compose this particular outfit?
This look takes form with a grey vest from Reiss, grey shorts from Armani, and, my favorite part, black fringe Trussardi sneakers.

How did you arrive at the decision to compose such an outfit?
I love contrasting pieces. Here it’s about blending formal with casual. The form structured look of the vest and shorts, with the free flowing black fringe sneakers.

Did you compose this outfit spontaneously or was it planned ahead of time?
Believe it or not, this look just happened effortlessly today. I was originally planning on an entirely different look that involved a blazer and a button up shirt. In the end I stripped the look of everything and just rocked the vest and shorts. Sometimes the best fashion statements happen by accident.

On a scale of 10, how pleased are you with this composition/outfit?
9.5, I love the simple angular composition and am head over heals in love with this outfit.

What roles do color, the fit, and integrity of fabric play in this particular outfit?
The color and fabric are fairly simple for this look. It is more about an overall feeling and vibe.

How soon would you repeat/wear this same outfit again?
Everyday. Even in winter…just with the addition of a large pea coat perhaps.

There is perhaps a spiritual, emotional, intellectual or psychological aspect to what/how we dress. What is your personal experience in relation to this outfit?
I feel like I can do anything in this look: lunch, drinks, and/or hopscotch.
